This Year's Beneficiaries
The Servant Leadership Program’s Class of 2026 has decided to support literacy efforts in the Columbus area. They will partner with the Chattahoochee Valley Library System and The Literacy Alliance to engage with the community and promote literacy.
The annual Uptown Tree Trail, which raises money for the yearly project, will support events focused on literacy outreach and the procurement of literacy resources to be distributed in our community.
The Class of 2026 has focused its goals on the project slogan “Opening Books, Opening Minds, Opening Doors.” This slogan emphasizes their hope that an eventual rise in literacy rates in Columbus will expand opportunities for local youth, guiding them toward promising and exciting futures. By supporting the Uptown Tree Trail, you are helping to foster literacy and address the need for literacy programs in our community, opening doors for years to come.
